We had a strange experience on both YouCanGetMe and DateTheUK both owned and run by EasyDate Ltd, from all the sites we join and review these are the only ones where we have received contact messages from other members before we have even filled out our profile. What makes this even stranger is when we join and pay for membership, not one of these members reply to our answer, we will let you draw your own conclusions to this.
YouCanGetMe also suffers from scammers, all dating sites suffer from scammers, but YouCanGetMe seems to have a huge problem with them, they post everywhere on the site to be careful about them and to report them if you spot them, but still they are around every corner.
YouCanGetMe tells the user how to spot them what to look for in the profile, type of picture they have etc. (what we ask is if YouCanGetMe knows how to spot them why havnt they deleted them)
Other sites seem to have no problems keeping this nuisance to a minimum, they 9 times out of 10 spot scammers before their profiles are put live. For some reason YouCanGetMe can’t manage to do this.
Though The site itself isn’t a bad site, the above 2 points that we have detailed over shadow everything else, we cannot say if the site is involved in any of the above activities or if they themselves are just victims, what I will say is our confidence in the sites ability to protect its users is very low, meaning we cannot in all continence recommend this site to our users.
