We found this a very nice site, and have talked to the owner whilst reviewing the site, we found him to be very amenable and accessible, this goes a very long way in our opinion to creating a site members are going to feel comfortable with.

This site itself is a cross between a social networking site and a dating site; the way it’s put together works very well, and seems to ease the atmosphere. Not everyone on the site is looking for a date, there are just as many looking for friendship, or people looking to share interests like hobbies.

Excellent site all round, well worth a look, and a year’s membership is roughly around the same price as a month on some to the major dating sites that have far less to offer.

Match.com is and I suspect always will be simple to use. Match has resisted the current trend to complicate their site, they haven’t introduced live chat or video to their site and we think it’s a better site because of it, or should we say because of the lack of it.

The site is more relaxed, and the women are not getting pestered to go to video right after the first email.

Almost everyone has MSN or Yahoo messenger these days and if you don’t trust the other person enough to give them your MSN username so they can add you to their list, you shouldn’t be thinking about Video conversations anyway.

All in all well worth the money, we wouldn’t hesitate recommending this site to anyone.

Huge amount of active members online at the time we looked but the fact these are spread over 96 Countries begs the question of how many are in the UK.

Approval was quick and effective, we first signed up with an abigouse profile,this was refused.

We didnt give any contact information so an automated system would have missed it. we then submited a better profile and this was accepted, all in under 24 hours.

We found that profiles where clear and easy to read, enough with photos that you will never have to worry about those without. Most had multiple photos.

We found this to be a really surprising site, at first glance it looks just like all others when you get in it though and have a look around it is packed full of features, with the cream of the crop being the Messenger app. after seeing this we can’t figure out why more sites are not doing it.

The price is reasonable but only allows up to a 6 month membership at a time, though with the amount of members active on the site this should be more than enough.

This is a great site, offering our brave Armed Forces a great way to meet somebody meaningful, without the awkwardness of explaining they may be away for months at a time.

The snail mail contact list is a great addition, when your away from home like our armed forces are, receiving a physical letter written on actual paper, can be the highlight of the day, and is always something to look forward to.

If you are attracted to the soldier type, this is a site right up your street. the site also accepts civilians, so even if you’re not the sort to fall for a soldier, you can still find the love of your life here, and as dating sites go this is relatively inexpensive.

We found this site very confusing, some functions are not available from all pages, so to use it you need to also remember where it is located.

Saying that this site has a lot going for it, once you have learnt your way around this site, and can navigate with confidence, you can get a lot out of it, there is a lot for an unpaid member to do, they can interact with paid members, though the class system introduced by displaying a members level means that few will give a standard member the time of day.

To get the fill benefit from FriendFinder you really do need to become a paid member, it very frustrating, for unpaid members knowing they can speak to other members in the chat room, and be ignored because they can see you only have a standard membership.

With Gold membership this site is amazing, but remember even if you pay for Gold membership, other members can exclude you from search results if you don’t verify your identity.

This is much more than just a dating site, there is a huge established community using this site, this site could be all you ever need, well worth having a look, we would recommend it.

This is a good site and we would recommend it. A dating site for single parents is a great idea, there are loads of small dating sites set up by lone parent/single parent community websites but these tend to be very small using poor ready built dating scripts, nice to see a major online dating company providing a dating site for the one parent family niche.

It would be great to see Allegran (Allegran Limited the company behind, Dating For Parents, Girls Date For Free and Loopy Love.) do the same with Dating For Parents as they have done with Girls Date For Free, and make the site free for Single Parents, but that is probably asking for too much.

One thing we do not like about Dating For Parents is the pop under adverts, there isn’t even a check to see if you have already had it displayed. Worse still it is on a session check this means it just keeps opening a new window with the first page you navigate to each time it starts a new session.

Getting rid of the pop unders or at least limiting those to one per day would greatly improve Dating For Parents rating.
