Very easy and simple to use, Menus are across the top of the page, mouse over and wait for the dropdown list before clicking, or you will have to wait for the page to reload to try again to get the page you want.
All the functions are grouped into main headings and appear in the afore-mentioned dropdown lists when you mouse over the menu.

Sign up process couldn’t be simpler, though when we tried our confirmation email never arrived, even tried getting our password re sent and this didn’t arrive either, tried again the next day and the emails arrived without a problem, so probably just a hiccup in their system.
Once you have entered your information to register, whether your male or female and the gender you’re looking for, (you can’t change this so get it right), that is it site back wait for the confirmation email, this will contain your password, and login.
You don’t have to fill in your profile now, you can take your time over that, have a look around the site have a look at what others are writing and try and make yours better.
Filling out your profile, for detailed information its just a case of clicking the right choice, very simple. When you move onto the next sections you will need to be a bit more creative, here you need to enter a tag line, something short and sweet to grab people’s attention, make them look at you.. (TIP: a good photo will do that better though) and a short description about you..

You can upload up to 10 photos, and choose to make them private or public. There is also a cropping tool available when you upload your photo.
Your photo will get rejected if it contains children or other people (other people applies to your main photo) it must be of you only, if you have others on your photo you want to upload use the cropping tool to cut them out of the picture.
You can also upload video profiles, great for getting people’s attention. Make sure you get this right though, plan what you want to say, practise it, and don’t upload the video until you have it right.

Good comprehensive search tools, you have the basic search allowing you to search between ages, distance from any location in the UK, with photos or everybody and online only or everybody.
Advanced search, this allows you to narrow the results from the basic search using all the details that have been entered in the detailed information section of the profile (remember when using this that if that question hasn’t been answered that profile will not appear in your results).
once you have set up a search that suits you, you can save it so you can perform the search with a single click at anytime.
Know who you want to find, forgot to put them in your favourites, there is also a name search enter the screen name of the profile you’re looking for click the button and your there.

Messaging is pretty standard, you have the traditional email messaging, and video chat (Web cam needed)
Men can't message at all if they haven't paid for a subscription, Girls get full access for free.
Girls Date For Free, also offers Mobile messaging, this is at a cost of £5 for 20 messages, this is in addition to all other subscription charges and on top of your usual Mobile companies charges. (Could get quite expensive so be careful, probably cheaper to log into your account on the internet via your mobile)

Girls date for free offers daily horoscopes, live relationship psychic readings and live what the future holds psychic readings, as well as live tarot readings and a live medium.
This all sounds great until you realise they are all on premium rate phone numbers and costs £1.50 per minute or £1.50 per text message, except the recorded horoscopes, these are a little cheaper at £0.60p per minute.

Removing Profile/Photos from GirlsDateForFree
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, simply log in to the site and go to My Account at the top right hand corner of the screen and then click Payment History.
This will take you to the subscriptions page, where you will see your current, as well as any previous, agreements. Each agreement will include the date the subscription was made, the amount and frequency of all payments and the cancelled/active status.
If you currently have an active subscription, you will see a button at the bottom of the agreement box reading "Cancel Repeat" Just click on this button to cancel all future payments for that subscription.*
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the rest of your subscription. This is because we allow you to try the site for free before deciding whether to pay or not.
How do I delete my profile?
If you want to actually leave the site then go to GirlsDateForFree Basics in My Profile and select edit basics. Under User Status select Deleted - my profile will be deleted. You will be prompted to confirm whether you really want to delete your account. Just click OK and your account is will be deleted.**
* If you are a subscribed member, please note that your paid subscription continues up until its expiry date, no matter when you cancel.
** If you log in after deleting your account, this will reactivate it.
What we found on GirlsDateForFree
We know you know that we don’t rate dating sites that offer too much on mobiles phones because of the hidden expense, at least Girls Date For Free gives you the prices and makes it very clear it is above your usual charges (most dating sites do not give this information, and it’s that we don’t like). It isn’t essential to using the site so use of this feature is down to the user.
One thing we do not like about Girls Date For Free is the pop under adverts, there isn’t even a check to see if you have already had it displayed, we ended up with 15 windows open all trying to sell us a bingo subscription. I am afraid this has cost them a chunk of their review rating.
Getting rid of the pop unders or at least limiting those to one per day would greatly improve Girls Date For Free's rating.
